From 1980 through 1992, Jim Warner founded, grew, downsized, rebuilt, and successfully sold a software company. He invested three years rejuvenating his relationship with his family, while developing a deeper awareness and understanding of his own strengths, weaknesses, motivations and shadows. He then embarked on a new career as a coach, guide and facilitator to midlife men and women facing difficult personal or business transitions.

Norm Smookler, Cert. CFM has been providing personal and organizational development services for 25 years. At one point in his career he was an active member of 15 boards of directors including four hotels and a non-profit with $50 Million in assests. He has co-designed several personal growth courses which are still being delivered. Norm's expertise combines a fast-paced direct approach with an in-depth understanding around human needs.
